Orders not picked up as scheduled will be treated as surrendered and not eligible for a refund.
For taste package orders only: If you need to cancel, because you/someone on your behalf cannot pick-up, or you learn we are no longer available for your date – contact us in writing by text or email at least 48 hours (2 days) before your fulfillment date, and we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
