how to book with us
We are a first-booked, first-served vendor, taking on a limited number of orders to maintain the highest level of quality, time and attention that each custom order, and customer deserves.
Our availability is based on our team’s ability to accommodate production and service fulfillment across San Diego County – so it’s all about knowing your date and location.
Because most of our work is fulfilled for weddings, we tend to be booked at least two months in advance for weddings and events, and one month in advance for other custom orders. We tend to not book more than 8 months out.
We recommend sending us an inquiry with your date and venue location, so that we can check our schedule and respond a.s.a.p. about our availability.
- Review our Menu, to be sure the products we offer are the right fit for you.
- Contact us with the date and location (and it helps to know whether you’re interested in pick-up, delivery, or considering full services) to see if we are available for you.
- If possible, taste and see our work by ordering one of our set-menu tasting packages for curbside pick-up.
- If you’d like to speak with Mili, contact us to schedule a free phone consultation. (If you’re interested in learning more about Glorified Hobby florist services, we can have that initial consultation on the same call!)
- Our follow up will be a no obligation estimate document that is valid up until the expiration date.
You’d let us know in writing, before your estimate document expires, that you’d like to book. Mili would follow up with an invoice and confirmation document where you can directly purchase your order in full before that particular expiration date.
Once your order is paid in full, your custom order is booked and confirmed on our schedule.
We encourage you to read our terms and conditions. These notes will also be available in the notes of your invoice document. We would also discuss them in our consultation call, and you are welcome to email or text anytime with questions. We’re happy to help!

services and offerings
Yes. Our tasting packages are priced at $30 each – limit two per customer. One package is free with custom dessert order valued at $300 or more (product value only, excludes services). Visit our Taste & Shop page for upcoming dates and menu options.
For clients with events in Riverside/Orange/LA County: coordinated pick-up only.
We are only licensed, permitted, and certified within San Diego and do not offer fulfillment outside of the County.
We offer no-cost coordinated pick-up (free) in San Marcos, or either delivery-only, or full service package with setup and teardown (price based on time at $95/hour).

Yes. For events, we can be a double-vendor: for Mili’s Sweets dessert catering and Glorified Hobby florist services. If you have interest, Mili can schedule simultaneous consultations to work for your schedule. To initiate interest for florist services, you can call or text Mili, email GH, or visit our separate florist website.


our ingredients and recipes
Yes. Mili’s Sweets products are always made completely free of peanuts and tree nuts. There is no possibility for cross contamination.

Each order is custom-made per client, in Mili’s tried-and-true recipes, that can be made classic-recipe, dairy free, soy free, egg free, dye free, gluten free (celiac-safe), or vegan.

We ensure celiac food-safety with rigorous gluten-free protocols. Dedicated equipment, tools, and cutting boards handle only gluten-free products. GF items bake separately, on distinct schedules from classic or vegan recipes, preventing wheat or gluten contamination, including airborne particles.

Ingredients truly matter to us. We use the highest quality fruits/veggies (organic is first choice), pure vanilla, house-made reductions, and the finest non-filler chocolate in the world – typically Callebaut or Guittard. Our AP flour is certified organic. Some recipe options are seasonal – and we love to use what is in season.

where and how we operate
Miliโs Sweets does not operate a retail storefront so there is no location to visit.
We rent from a commercial kitchen facility in San Marcos, which is closed to the public.
Please either send an email to sweetsbymili@gmail.com, text or call (760)571-9876, or use our online contact form. We can’t keep track of social media dms or messaging.
We work with customers and clients by corresponding first to check our availability via text or email, and then we schedule a phone consultation, and are happy to schedule additional calls. We create custom orders that are booked in advance and fulfilled with either scheduled pick-up, delivery service, of full set up and tear down services. We are in touch through the entire process from first-draft estimate to final check in.
Our desserts are custom made to order and scheduled based on our availability, so we do not carry ready-made inventory the way a traditional walk-in bakery does.
If youโd like to sample our products, we offer set-menu taste packages that can be ordered online in advance and picked up curbside at a scheduled date and time.

Because of demand, we can only offer our set-menu offerings, on a set schedule. Please contact Mili if you have questions about upcoming tastings.

Office hours tend to be on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is when most phone consultations will be scheduled, and most email responses will happen. Other days of the week are either prep, production, or fulfillment with dedicated onsite service time for weddings, events, or deliveries most weeks from Thursday through Sunday.
